Now that Governor Baker has officially allowed us to open for business on, Tuesday, May 26th, we are preparing to get back to work doing what we love! It is important that we each do our part to mitigate any health risks and therefore we are working diligently to prepare our space, our operating procedures and our policies, to ensure our safety and operate within our state’s guidelines. Please see below details on how we will be operating until further notice. These “new norms” will have to be a joint effort on both of our parts and as challenging as some of these new policies may seem, we have to abide by them in order to safely operate. We ask that you please empathize with our situation and respect these guidelines for the benefit of all those whom we come in contact with. Ensuring Your Safety: Safety Preparation: As we prepare to welcome our guests back into our space, we want to share with you what we’ve been doing to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all of us. New Operating Safety Precautions: Per government regulations, we will be abiding by a number of new operating procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all of us. Please see below what to expect when you come in for your next appointment.
New Operating Hours: Considering our high client demand of back-logged client appointments and the government’s required social distancing restrictions, we will now be offering modified working hours until further notice. We are working diligently to schedule all clients appropriately in an effort to accommodate each of you. Monday & Friday : 8:30AM – 6:00PM Tuesday - Thursday : 8:30AM - 8:00PM Saturday : 7:00AM - 5:00PM SUNDAY : 8:30 - 4:00PM Each of our clients are of utmost importance to our business. We have had to update our scheduling policy at this time with consideration to our extreme client-demand, the limited volume of clients whom we are able to service due to our government’s required social distancing and sanitation guidelines, additional expenses that we are now incurring to perform services, and evaluating which services have the most revenue impact ensuring our ability to keep our doors open during this difficult time. Therefore, we are prioritizing all back-logged client appointments in the following order. If you had an appointment scheduled before we were forced to close our operation or you’ve attempted to book an appointment during our closure, we will be contacting you to reschedule your appointments, feel free to reach out to us as well. Express Check-Out & Rescheduling: During the final stages of your service, we will prepare your ticket and your stylist’s recommended Take-Home products to present to you at the Styling station. We will take your credit card from you to process your ticket at our reception desk. We will package up any items for you to take home, bring you’re receipt for signature and your belongings for an expedient checkout. We can assist you to reschedule during this time, direct you to our digital booking options, or follow up with you to book your appointment in an effort to minimize the number of people in the reception area for safety precautions. Direct Shipping: We are now offering direct shipping of your favorite professional hair care products to your home. We can take your order and payment at the time of your service or remotely and will have these items shipped to arrive at your home. You will incur a minimal shipping fee.
